The team: 

There are seven core individuals in our team who together, function to create a wholesome group.

Ms Yohani de Silva is the service manager of Direct Remedies Ltd, having had over a decade of experience in NHS management and subsequently in private practice management.

Ms Pam O'Flattery is a fully qualified and very experienced medical secretary and PA with many years of experience in the NHS and in private practice.

Ms Rohini Athukorala is highly experienced as a senior medical administrator and accounting technician, having been part of our team for many years.

Mr Derek Perry is the information management specialist in our team.  He has many years experience in the NHS and now maintains our computerised database systems, as well as web-site updates.

Ms Julie Farey is our receptionist, who also works efficiently as a healthcare assistant.

Ms Pramoda de Silva is our main accounts clerk. She has an extensive background in accounts departments in the commercial industry. This is her first (and successful) exposure to healthcare.

Dr DD Ratnasinghe is a consultant paediatrician in the NHS, runs a busy private practice, and is an experienced medical manager.  He is the Medical Director and Chairman of Direct Remedies Ltd.

Our Location: 

Our offices are located at 2 Burgoyne Road, Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex, TW16 7PW.  It is easy to access from all areas of West London and the neighbouring counties.   The premises are self-contained together with three consulting rooms which are available for use if desired.

Communication facilities: 

There are multiple telephone lines with broadband and VOIP systems in place.  This gives potential clients excellent access to a personalized answering service to handle enquiries, dispatch of literature, bookings and the actual running of clinics, depending on your requirements.

Marketing tools: 

Let Direct Remedies Ltd handle the marketing of your practice by ethical, permitted means.  Placing your details strategically on our website which is accessed frequently throughout the UK is a first step. Targeted mailshots to relevant GPs, Health Visitors, Pharmacies, Opticians, Leisure Centres, etc, have also been proven to yield results.   Negotiating with local commissioners and providers as a large group practice will yield further benefits as the ongoing NHS reforms set in.

Hourly Rate (incl. Receptionist)	£25.00
Sessional Rate up to 4hrs (incl. Receptionist)	£80.00
Full Practice Management Marketing (website, flyers to GPs, etc) Billing Call Centre Typing	10% of Gross Income earned via Direct Remedies (subject to contract).
Typing correspondence (font 10)	10p per line
